My old 17 year boiler had packed-up over the weekend, no hot water or heating. I had had my boiler repaired so many times, i felt this was the time to replaced it once and for all. I phoned Castle Heating Kent, first thing on the Monday morning and asked them for a quote and by 10.30am i had a quote and was very happy with the price and Les the plumber, talked me though everything, i said yes go ahead. My new boiler was fitted on the Wednesday morning, the guys work really hard and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Les the plumber, phoned me that evening and asked was everything ok and was i happy. I had hot water and heating and a shinny new boiler and yes i was happy. I was very happy with Castle Heating Kent Ltd, as a woman on my own, i felt very confident and relax that they had dealt with my problem and replaced my boiler within 3 days and at a good place. I have used Les from castle heating. I would highly recommend this company. They sorted out my central heating. In addition they replaced bathroom taps which were leaking also replaced shower head. They are such efficient workers and nothing was too much trouble. In fact they will be coming back in a few months to re fit up stairs bathroom. Brilliant workers!

Les is friendly, he is very knowledgeable about what he does. His colleagues are also very friendly and extremely efficient. They did work for my father in law, they kept to the date and time agreed. They even took every scrap of rubbish with them.....you don't find people who do that very often.

Les, Paul and Ed took out a broken back boiler and installed a new combi in our airing cupboard. Efficiently done bang on quote, helped technophobes set up the controls and immaculate clean-up. Can't thank you enough guys.

We called this morning to report problem & Les arrived this afternoon. He found the problem, replaced the faulty part very quickly. All good now & will certainly use him again.

Les and his colleagues were neat, tidy and very fast with the installation. I was advised when there was a potential issue in a timely manor and was lucky enough that my original gas pipes in the property despite not being the size they should be gave enough flow for everything to be completed in the planned time.
